Had a great time over Thanksgiving! Loved the complimentary hot chocolate and cozy blankets provided. the location was perfect for our snowshoeing adventure, and the views were breathtaking. the best part was the fire pit in the evening, a fantastic way to end the night.
The food was not up to par. the complementary turkey dinner lacked flavor, and the sides were cold.

The service was fantastic, with attentive staff who made me feel at home. The room amenities were great, with comfortable bedding, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant had delicious food with a varied menu and staff tried their best to accommodate my dietary requirements. The property was situated in a stunning natural location, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and offering a true Winter Wonderland experience. The daily activities provided, such as chasing the northern lights and ice fishing, were enjoyable and added to the overall experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with gluten-free options available, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The cost of some activities was considered expensive compared to similar options available elsewhere. some of the reception staff lacked a friendly and welcoming attitude, which affected the overall impression of the hotel.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The breakfast buffet is a true highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right. I recently had the most magical stay at this hotel nestled deep in the quiet forest. The cabins were absolutely adorable and perfectly spaced out, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I was lucky to witness the breathtaking northern lights during my stay, which added to the enchantment. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. One particular detail that I loved was the availability of free hot beverages throughout the day in the main building. It was so comforting to warm up with a cup of tea after a snowy walk. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of paid activities for those who were interested, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the snowy surroundings.
All was splendid, no improvements needed.

The use of snow equipment was a great addition to our vacation. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing were both included in the package in such a way that we could take full advantage of the expansive landscape without incurring any additional expenses. The meals were also excellent; both breakfast and dinner were well-prepared and delicious. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, providing easy access to nearby areas of interest.
There were some disappointing aspects, such as the lack of available airport transfers or public transportation options nearby. As a result, we had to rely on expensive taxis to get around.
